SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - 12/08/09) - Ethos Environmental, Inc. (OTC.BB:ETEV - News), a leading manufacturer and distributor of a unique line of proprietary eco-efficient fuel reformulating products that provide fuel efficiency and lower harmful emissions for both commercial and individual vehicles, is pleased to announce that, per the terms of the recently signed Agreement and Plan of Merger with AL Global Corporation, a California corporation, d/b/a Youngevity Essential Life Sciences, Ethos has successfully restructured and/or settled virtually all of its outstanding debt, which restructuring is, at least in part, contingent on the closing of the pending merger.
Steve Wallach, Ethos' recently appointed CEO, stated, "I am excited about the merger with Ethos and the future of Youngevity. The integration of Ethos Environmental products into the Youngevity existing line of products will add a well known and proven green product to our existing product lines. The planned merger is moving ahead rapidly, and we hope to be able to close during the first quarter of 2010."
On November 21, 2009, Youngevity and Ethos held a joint distributor conference to introduce the Ethos line of products to Youngevity distributors. The scheduled conference was deemed a huge success by all concerned.
